Good Morning SparkLoves!
I woke up a little but later than planned this morning for my 3-mile run that I wanted to do, so I had to cut it a little short. Instead of skipping the run all together, I still got my butt outside and got a glorious 2 mile run in before heading off to work! I sure do love starting my day with a little exercise, it always starts my day off on GREAT NOTE!!!
Tonight I plan on heading to the gym for a 60-minute kickboxing class too; it should be GLORIOUS!!!
