Okay I haven't logged into spark people for a good six months and I'm glad to be back here. I've missed it. I like the changes to the food tracker. I have tried to stay active and eat healthy in the mean time. I did a half marathon in June in 3hrs that I was proud of myself for. I have gained a little weight and have been guilty of a bit of mindless eating. Halloween did me in. I ate so much candy that I knew I had to get back to spark people. I've had enough laffy taffy and chocolate for the year. (Maybe not chocolate) Food tracker here I come.
