Mini Goal update...

Here is an up date of my mini-goals

Get out of the 290's... emoticon
Get to 90 pounds total lost.... emoticon
Walk 8 miles.... emoticon
Get to 285 by Thanksgiving...
Walk 9 miles...
Get to 282(60 pounds lost on spark)...
Get to 280.....
walk 10 miles...
Get to 278 (100 pounds lost) by NYE...
walk 11 miles.....
Do 1500 pushups by 11/30 (raised the bar)... I have 450 pushups completed in 8 days.. I am on schedule to hit 1500!!!
Do 1500 squats by 11/30(Thanks Shinju)... Only 100 in so far but my target is to do 100 5 days a week. Day one is in the books emoticon
Hit 10,00 fitness Minutes by the end of the year...

I think I am off to a pretty good start.. 8 days into the month and I have three goals completed and almost a third of the way to my push up goal!. I am really enjoying having all these small goals it is really helping to motivate me!!! I really love my spark friends you guys really help me, push me and keep me going! I would have never thought I would have met such wonderful and supportive people!!! It has been a true blessing!!! Now to do the 9 miles this week!!!!

    Nothing like challenges and good spark friends to motivate someone.

    I agree with you about the wonderful and supportive people. Without them I don't think I would have stayed and got to where I am.

    SO I decided if ya cant beat em, join em! I started doin some crunchin of my own! Got a couple hundred done and going for a thousand by the end of the month - woo hoo!
    I knew when Shinju posted that squat challenge you would have to have a piece of it!
