Back from the gym

Ok I did my 'me time' emoticon 20 mins on the treadmill.. 20 on the recumbant bike. 5 on something called an arc trainer[?] and 5 on elliptical.

Still sore, but I feel like I accomplished something. Spending time with trainer tommorow. After the spinning class.. Yep I'm going back..lol Did decide to do it 3x/wk.
