Ok.. really sore...

Having a battle with myself: Do I spin or just find a different way to workout? I had the best of intentions to spin this morning but every muscle in my body is hurting. That is a good thing, but I have other things that I am considering before I get back to spinning. One is a new pair of shoes. I think the soles are too thin to be up and down with my flat feet. It feels like the petals are digging into the 'arch'. Two I am having major chafing issues. No details needed I'm sure for cycle enthusiasts. emoticon

Either way I'm definately going to workout. Just a matter of what...

    I would suggest if you are sore not to do the same thing that you did the day before. You should work out different muscles today. I wouldn't stay away forever or too long, but just enough to heal.

    If you're really sore, I'd try to find something else to do. If you keep repeating what you're doing when it hurts, you might actually do some damage.
