Me? Horrible! Well, not HORRIBLE, but I am a high energy, type-A, spirited person... which makes winding down tough sometimes.

Did you know it takes the brain 20 minutes to settle down after activity. So, if you want to relax, make sure you give yourself plenty of time to completely settle in.

For me, it helps sometimes to do some light activity. I put together this easy, gentle yoga sequence to help you unwind.
