Sooo tired..

I'm completely wiped out. I only worked out maybe a total of 20 minutes today, but I feel all shaky and tired. I've spent much of today reading over blogs, and posting on my teams forums. I've learned a lot today, and I'm looking forward to educating myself more. I do feel like I've made some good changes so far, and I can't wait to see where this journey will take me. I'm way too worn out to cook dinner tonight. All I can say is thank the lord for Healthy Choice dinners. Herb Crusted Fish. I bet my fiance can't wait for that. Yum. LoL.

    A minute at a time. When I began running, I could only do it for 30 seconds.. and I was breathing so hard after those 30 seconds... but now I run for 6-7 minutes non-stop!
    You can do it. You gotta believe in you. You definitely rock. Keep going!
