Well I am back in the 160s!! Barely, 169.4!! I've been back on Spark for about 3 weeks now and it's time to change things up a little!!!
My biggest struggle with tracking is that I don't ... If I don't know the nutritional information of something I do not track it. This is a big issue when I eat out, especially restaurants that do not have nutritional information online. So if you look at my tracker there are days where there is nothing posted for dinner, or days that are simply not complete... I'm sure that this is hindering my weight loss progression. It is my vow this week to not eat anything that I cannot track accurately. This may mean that I cannot eat out at certain places (which is okay I need to cut back on the eating out in general anyway). And I will track EVERYTHING (good or bad, over or under) that I eat for the next 7 days!
I finally got myself another gym membership! It's to a very small gym in a hotel. The equipment is older but overall it's usable. I've been consistent with going 3 times a week! But the problem is I do not push myself enough. When I get tired on the bike, treadmill, elliptical, or whatever it may be I slow down....
So this week I am trying out a couple of group classes at the Goodlife gym (I used to have a membership here, and liked it, but I was not as committed as I am now). I know that I work to my full potential in group settings. So today I am trying BodyStep and tomorrow I am going to try Zumba!!! Next week they have a free open house so I hope to try more without cost (yay)!! If I enjoy at least a couple of the classes I think I will switch gym memberships and go with Goodlife again to provide me with the challenge that I need to succeed in the gym!
I am excited about these changes and hope to lose a bigger number next week!! I'll keep you posted on the progress!
