Day 7 and feeling good

I really can survive without all the bread, pasta, rice and cookies.
Amazing! And enjoy it too. Been doing pretty darn well on the 17 Day Diet plan, which is really just vegetables, fruits and chicken turkey and fish. I like all those foods.

Did see a bread delivery truck go past me this morning and found my mouth watering! Ha.

But I can do this. The payoff is already noticeable. I am 3 pounds lighter, and feel really good. I also am so looking forward to my Thanksgiving meal with the knowledge that I can have sweet potatoes and really taste and enjoy them. Yummy.

Green beans never tasted so delicious. I think my taste buds are waking up to flavors somehow, since the beans actually tasted sweet to me. Does sugar just overwhelm our taste buds? Hmm.

Boot camp work out this AM was really tough and lots of squats and plyometrics. I was telling myself "you are strong. You can do this." It wasn't easy but I did it. I MUST push myself a little harder than I was to reach my goal.
