Week 1, Day 2: Not so bad

Well, I didn't do 2 of my goals yesterday: Buy a notebook and do a workout. I plan to do a workout in about an hour. That's hopefully. To be honest, the earlier sunset time REALLY messed up my clock. I had planned to go for an evening walk but found myself doing school work as the daylight fell away. I'm on it in the morning though!

On the upside, I tried a new method of eating today. I tried to cut down my meal sizes and instead tried to eat something about every 90 minutes or so. It seems to have worked wonderfully. I have been satisfied all day (as opposed to raging hunger). So we'll see how this system works. I've kept my calories and such in the appropriate ranges so that's always good.

There was an ad in Parade magazine to get 2 Jillian Michaels DVDS plus a week free on her program if you pay the shipping and handling on the dvds. We'll see how this goes but I'm not the biggest fan of Jillian's site. Which really is sad because I'm totally enthralled with her (she's welcome to kick my ass any day!). So I'm taking a few tips from it, maybe some recipes, and then cutting it off. Not sure if it's worth my time and effort because it's not completely user friendly.
