I weigh the same as last week, which was up one from the week before.
I missed a week blogging here, I went to Great Falls for a seminar. Didn't learn much that pertains to me, but did get in some visiting and shopping. Of course, I ate badly, instead of just eating the fruit and such at the breaks, I also ate some of the sweet, gooey things... I didn't do to badly at the meals, it was the snacks at the breaks.
Water suffered on the travel days -- it's a loooong way between rest areas in this part of Montana...
I was relieved when I got home that the scale only moved up a pound, which I managed to let go by this morning.
My previous goals, with comments --
More core work, more cardio (stayed pretty much the same...)
Keep taking healthy snacks to work - I take them, I don't always eat them, but I am cutting back on the other types. Maybe my Cheetos urge has run its course for a while.
Keep taking decent lunches to work. This I managed to do.
Continue de-cluttering (It's going to take a while...) I have been working on this, but the shopping didn't help a lot. Mostly I bought pet supplies and healthy food things.
Next week's goals -- Pretty much the same as before
More core work, more cardio (it won't take much to get more cardio...)

It snowed (and blew) here starting yesterday afternoon and continuing on through this afternoon. There are some healthy drifts out around my car, so I will probably get some cardio early tomorrow morning shoveling out to and around the car.
