Phil is going the distance...

Well just got done running my first 10K distance. Felt pretty good and had a decent pace. Haven't gotten faster just farther. I was pretty much spent by the time we make it to the end though. Don't think I could have gone any further. I didn't walk at all though and that makes me happy. Will definately do it again.
