FWO Challenge Update

Well, we did it! Another week of getting 5 days of exercise in. It was a little more difficult for me to stay committed this week, but I pushed through. On the days that I didn't want to do cardio I did some core training or I did a less intense cardio workout. The thing is to do something, and guess what? It worked emoticon

In the past, I'd feel like it's all exactly the way I planned or nothing at all. I guess, modifying plans this time also helped. I didn't plan to do high intensity cardio for the next two months with nothing else on the workout agenda. I allowed myself the reality of getting tired, not "feeling" it or whatever the imperfect case may be. The balance was to get some kind of workout in and not feel bad if I had to slow it down. I gave myself permission to feel good that I got in 15 minutes of sit ups as opposed to nothing at all. I'm getting there. We're all enjoying the challenge. emoticon
