Review of Week 1 Jingle of the Jiggle Challenge

This week has been fair for my achieving my goals. I have done very well with eating 6 servings of fruits and veggies day emoticon I'm proud of this, as well as my water intake. I increased my goal by seven cups, so it's taken some effort. Now, I'm accustomed to it.
I'm still bummed about dropping out of the Trick or Trot 5K, but I was trying to make the best choice. The blisters I developed that popped while on my training walks hurt too bad for me to wear sneakers for a week. That pretty much meant I couldn't exercise for a week emoticon I'm also finding that I am running out of time at night trying to do 30 minutes or more of cardio after work. For this next week, I'm going to start doing 10 minutes of cardio in the morning and 10 minutes after work. I'll be less likely to skip it all together if I do that-I hope. That's exactly what happened Tuesday! I was tired from not getting enough sleep and just wanted to catch up on house hold chores I hadn't completed over the weekend. It's looking like I'm not going to get them done this weekend, either. At least I'm making progress. What I am going to make sure I finish is the kitchen organizing. As part of the Offical SP Healthy Cooking challenge, I'm reorganizing my kitchen for speed. It's long overdue, so I'm finally doing it. That's also part of a self-project of sorts addressing my procrastination habit. It just stresses me out and I'm going to act more and make excuses less!
I'm reviewing my habits for these past few weeks, since I've started working full-time again, to see where I need to tweak. My house needs to be clean and orgainzed, I need to budget, I need to plan my meals and snacks, get everything ready ahead of time and go to bed on time! Then, I know I can acheive my goals!

    It is so hard to do anything when everything isn't "just right". I have the hardest time cooking if my kitchen isn't clean and organized. I can't meal plan if my fridge isn't clean. It's a fine balancing act, and it's tough to keep all those balls in the air.
    I know you can do it. Once you get your system all tweaked appropriately, will you come teach me? I still can't seem to manage all that well.

    keep up the work and you will see the results. As for the 5K, well they have virtual ones each week, so you can always try again later.
