so i'm on day 4 of the 28 day challenge and man i'm i sore. yesterday i wrote about giving it another go and despite how much my muscles ache, i can't wait to to pop in my hip hop abs dvd and burn some more calories. things feel different this time around, i don't dread working out, and i'm actually enjoying myself!
