My weighin this morning wasn't great, but what did I really expect after taking a month and a half off? For about t minutes, my brain went into panic mode, and I thought about all of the drastic steps that I "should" take to get back on track. Then the words "consistency" and "sustainability" popped into my head. Where any of these halfbaked plans(mostly drastic valorie uts and extra long workouts) either sustainable or could they be carried out consistently? Or would I follow them for maybe 2 weeks , get tired, quit, and wind up in the same ditch that I zm now. I am happy to report that although I am longing for change, I want it to be permanant change. Both consistency and sustainability are keys to the life changes tha I long for, and so that is the path that I choose.

I'm visiting the inlaws for the weekend, but i'll try to keep updated. Hope you have a great weekend!-
