A pound! A pound!

So, for the first time today, I was able to record a loss. Only a pound but one has to start somewhere. I'm cinching my belt one hole tighter than 2 weeks ago & feel less "fat", and have more energy. Feel like I'm on target to make this a long term process rather than a "drop 10 pounds in a month" marathon.
