Thank You

Friday, November 04, 2011

I've been sliding a little the last month due to erratic exercising and bad food choices. (Mostly late night snacking) However, because of my spark buds, it's been a little slide and not a rolling snowball downhill!

So in no particular order, thank you Leslie, Keke, Jacqui, Barbara and Ken for your smiles, encouragement, goodies, laughs and honesty! I'm on a better track for a little more than a week.

I'm thinking about going onto a maintenance plan through the holidays and then getting back to a loosing plan after the first of the year. I'll let you know! :)

Till next time...

Hohoho... I also decided to focus on keeping my current wait over the holiday season and loose the remaining pounds in the spring. This will be enough of a challenge for me.

A few bad choices are just that... a few bad choices. It's what you do now that matters. I agree that if it is heavy going right now and through the holiday season then doing maintenance makes sense. In order for the changes to stick they have to be achievable. You are doing fine. Just make the next best choice for you.

Larry, I think it's a good idea to go on maintenance rather than making each day a heavy battle through the holiday season. This journey has to be do-able for each of us in our own particular situation. Go with our strengths, minimize the damage our weaknesses can do, and all that : )
And, gee, I just want you to know that I appreciate all your responses on my Activity Feed : )

Anytime, Larry. You might mention those snacking urges when you get em since you're texting me anyway, silly. I'll try to talk (or text) you off that mental ledge emoticon

"Thank You"- great Led Zeppelin song emoticon
