NROL stage 1 after pictures.

I am half way through NROL stage 2 and to be honest I haven't had much time to blog about this stage. These workouts are long (around 1 1/2 hours) and I also do cardio for an hour to two everyday. So, I haven't had too much free time and have limited my spark time to entering food and fitness. Don't fear though, even though I have not been active on spark it is only because I am literally working my @ss off.

Here are my pictures after finishing Stage 1 that I took about two weeks ago.

    That looks like a LOT of working out. I didn't know what NWOL was so I looked up the book on Amazon. My adult children do the P90X work out with Tony Horton. They love it. Have had great success. He has P90X2 coming out next month.
