What to do when you lose your Motivation.

List your accomplishments as many as you can think of The longer the better!

• Second bet my time
• 3rd beat my time
• 10% of my Weight gone
• 15% of my Weight gone
• Tried a spin class (very scary) kept at it

List your next goal(s)
20% Down
50 lbs down
12K in steps everyday all of November
One more dress size down
Increase Exercise Activity days

Now get up and do it! Yes you CAN! You out there you can to I promise. It is hard but worth it.
