Week 1 Reflection

Weight: 200, -4 lbs

Well, I did it. I made it through an entire week, still motivated and ready to do this. However, I am disappointed that I didn't lose 5 lbs, so I am going to blog myself through it. First of all, I may have lost up to 7 lbs because I bought a new scale. The old one said 207, but the doctor weighed me at 204. That old scale now says 200. And I am just generally stressed out. But I need to get over that and focus on some goal setting. Because I did AMAZING this week and I need to tell myself that! Because if I didn't come back to SparkPeople this week, I could have GAINED 4 lbs, at least.
Now I just need to figure out what I need to do to lose more this week.
