Today's Goal: Track all food eaten and do 50 Push-ups
~Push ups completed (I did wall push-ups while at work, I'm sure I looked crazy). Also all food has been tracked for the day, Now I just need to figure out what I am going to eat for dinner, so I can get that tracked as well.
I am off to a great start this month and looking forward to more difficult challenges as the month goes on...
