It's a new - but not so new plan!

It has been a rough year, and I have managed to lose my way, and creep back to about 200 pounds! How? How did I let it happen? I blame no one but myself!
Well,never mind that - it's time for a turnaround! I have a counselor with my health insurance plan, and tonight, we talked through a plan. I told her how much I loved Sparkpeople and how helpful it had been in the past....
Tomorrow morning I will weigh in - I am sure it will be painful!
My long term goals are to reach 160 pounds (again!- ugh!)
My mid goal is to lose 10 pounds by 12/8/2011. AND, if I lose 12 pounds by that time, I will schedule a pedicure for happy toes with pretty red polish - at Christmas!
My short term goal is to log in to Sparkpeople every day! I may not say or do much - at least for a bit, but I AM GOING TO COME BACK STRONG!
I will add small goals each day.... for tomorrow, I will keep my calories under 2000, and I will work out at least 30 minutes.
Baby steps! And, perhaps soon, I will be back to 'leaps and bounds'
I may need tough love! Don't be afraid to give it!
