Ok I'm not that active when it comes to writing blogs. However I thought I would tonight. Now I commented on someones blog recently. and they were talking about hating to be in those platues,Well my response was the same. I went on to say I had been stuck for about 3 weeks. While we expect to take the numbers down, I took mine up. I said to myself well we broke the platue.

I said that to say this. I'm like a lot of sparker here. I fall sometimes on this journey, but I get back up again, something I hadn't done in the past. I went to the Dr. on Monday and this is where I found out about the platue (broken). I said ok get focused.

I went to my other, I'm proud to say I'm going back down, My hope is to continue on and past the numbers I was stuck on.

I'm feeling good about all things, but this is not enought. I want all of my fellow sparker to feel good about what they are doing also. So here's to great success for all of us.

    So good to hear you are back on track. The ups and downs seem to be inevitable. It really is wonderful to have the spark people to cheer you on isn't it! emoticon emoticon emoticon

    On my spark journey I found it to be more important to change my habits. I started with small steps changing one or two things a week. And even though I recently had a slight weight gain I found that because I slowly changed/replaced the bad habits over time that the good habits are still with me. I don't have to work SO hard to be healthy. YES.... I still need to push myself a bit but it's not as difficult now. Start by changing one or two things a week till you don't need to think about just do them (like drinking lots of water). They seem to stick best when you take it slow and not try to change everything at once. Also ....with exercise.... I've tried several approaches. I tried to get up early and walk....I'm NOT a morning person so this didn't work for me. But I find the time of day that works best for me and that's when I try to exercise. Most days I'm good with it but some days I'm just tired. I find that on my tired days I make myself do 10 mins of cardio (which is usually dancing for me) and if I'm still tired then I stop. If I'm not tired I keep going...another 10mins..then another 10mins. Just do what you feel comfortable with because in the long run THAT is what is going to stick!

    I'm right there with you! I won't ever quit SP, because the friends are soooo awesome! And it works. Lol emoticon emoticon
