I am running outside. it is GORGEOUS and I don't know how may of these days we have left this year.

November Goals:
High intensity strength training: 2x per week
Couch to 5k: 3x per week (including one on Thanksgiving morning)
Bike: 1-2x per week
Mind-body: yoga at least twice this month
Nutrition: get my average daily calories down to 2400 per day, more clean food and less takeout
Lose 9.4 lbs and reach my next 2 goals (382 and 377)

    Love your attitude girl! I like the first poster on this blog a lot. It reminds me of when I use to cry about having such big feet. I can only buy my shoes by mail order or go to one shoe store 6 hours away that has my size and caters to women with big feet to this day. In grammar school I was only one shoe size less than I am today. I would cry about my big feet all the time. My grandmother said to me, think about all the children born without feet that would love your feet that are strong and take you wherever you want to go. That cured my pity party fast.

    I love these pictures! It's cold and rainy here. :( I was outside on Sunday and Monday, but it looks like I'm back on the treadmill today. Enjoy being outside while you can!
