Today's Goal: Track all food eaten, and do 100 squats.
So far I am off to a great start on today's goal. Breakfast and Lunch have both been tracked. Will update after dinner to share the rest of my successful, goal reaching day!
Dinner and snacks have been tracked, and I stayed within my daily ranges!!! Woohoo!!! Squats complete!.. Another day, Another mission accomplished!!
