Swim was awesome! Found some ladies to tag along with and they were FAST! But we had a lot of breaks along the way :)
LJ Cove to LJ Shores and back whew!

It's been so long since I swam laps in a heated pool lol - I'm totally addicted to open water now (mostly because that's what my races are - gotta keep getting more comfortable with it!)

My husband has been using 2Toms SportShield http://www.2toms.com/sportshi
eld for running - and LOVES it! So I will be using that next time lol

Oh my! Ouch! Was the swim good? Wasn't it gorgeous Saturday morning!?! I swam my mile in the heated pool, so no wet suit burn. So how long was your swim? Did you go to your usual spot?
