~Having fun helping Oma and Opa clean around the house and outside..

~Enough money to pay our bills.

~Sunshine through the rustic looking trees
~That Jim had the foresight to put a cleanout cap at the end of the plumbing line... we dropped a faucet ring down the open line!

~I finally sorted the paperwork in the mail corner.

~As the days get colder I catch my kitties snuggling with each other more often.
~Hanging out with my brother on campus.

~A nice conversation with my Opa over the phone.

~My Opa finally got an echocardiogram and got sent home from the hospital.
~The family court petition against Jim was dropped. (What a relief!)

~I was right around the corner from my Oma's when she called and was able to pop in for a visit.

~I had an enjoyable visit with my Opa at the hospital (we talked about 100 year anniversary of his club and places where he prefers to eat.)

~Me and Jim went to Danes A.K.A Danny's restaurant (Opa has a heavy German accent) on Opa's recommendation... and it was great.
~Watching the world series with Jimmy

~Jimmy teaching me about baseball (he's a great teacher)

~A nice laid back day at work

~Jimmy noticed a disputed charge on my sears card... a $210 purchase made in Nashville (I've never been there)
~I was able to help jimmy heft 16 pieces of drywall upstairs, those strength training exercises are really paying off!

~I watched a movie I've been waiting to see with my brother Dayton.

~My sister surprised me with a bouquet of flowers.

~We realized Jim's phone was set to silent before it caused much more aggravation.
~Went to a nice al-anon meeting with mom

~Had a great session with Bob

~Rennea pushed me through another session plus I did an hour of cardio

~Despite forgetting my parking ticket (I couldn't have it validated) the BAC staff gave me an apt. card with a stamp on the back and it was accepted by the parking attendant. I didn't have to walk back and forth for a second time... which was good because I was running late.

~Professor was lenient when I mixed up assignments and was unprepared for class.

~Rennae went through my weight training with me for a second time with out charge.

~I noticed I was going to be late for class before it was too late.

~Jimmy and I went out to eat... and stopped at a thrift shop (I got some pretty shirts).

~I was able to explain to Oma why I hadn't gotten back to her.
~J.P's threats are proving to be nothing more than talk.

~Jimmy is progressing with attic loft (toilets flushing, sink working and drywall is going up).

~Reorganized my closet and spare bedroom.

~Didn't hurt myself when I fell off the treadmill at the gym emoticon LOL!

~A great session with Kim and Rennae at the gym

~I Was able to focus on reading thanks to background music my little brother introduced me to (Dubstep: it's wobble bass music as complex as some classical I listen to but rythmic enough to "ignore")

~Pandora Radio on my IPod that introduces me to new music similar to that which I already like

~Presentation went well despite a change in format... and I made the whole class laugh

~Danielle gave us some information that proves Jim's side of the story
~Jimmy is home.

~The house didn't burn down despite a hazardous situation.

~I wasn't late for court this morning.

~Joe escorted me around today.
~Dryer was only a $45 part and it's running like new... (it's 18 years old!).

~In spinning class I got a bike with a tilted seat so I wasn't sliding off this time.

~I was able to park for free just a 6 minute walk from the club.

~Silly guys at the appliance store equipped with (of all things) a popcorn machine inside... I was good and resisted.

~Late fee reversed on a bill I overlooked.
~found a support group called Messies Anonymous...

~My computer crash didn't erase my files

~Got a lot of research done

~found a new social network called "experience project" that's great fun

~the last of my books arrived on time

~Jimmy found the exact claw foot he needed to fix our old tub at Buffalo Reuse

~Joined the Buffalo Athletic Club

~New Hope

~Made it through a grueling physical endurance test (3 minutes on a very high step)

~The 4th apartment is finally ready to rent

~Made it all the way through my first spinning class! (I stayed seated the whole time, but hey)

~No further escalation of a situation with one of our neighbors

~Initial presentations proved to be laid back and informal... good news because I'm next.
~A great class discussion that my teacher enthusiasticaly thanked us for.

~The gas got turned on and the furnace is up and working.

~Watched a great documentary "If a Tree Falls"

~A nice relaxing night.
~The new stray we found is finally out of distress.

~Jimmy finally found all the leaks in the gas pipe. Now we can have the gas company come out and pressure check the pipes and if everything is fine, turn on the gas.

~I finished my first paper ahead of time.
~The storm cleared up just as I went for a walk and didn't start back up till I rounded the last corner just twenty feet from the car.

~Nice sunny but cool days.

~Our bank Branch manager is helping me raise my credit score by looking up my debt to income ratio.

~We paid all our tax, water and user fee bills on time along with paying off both my credit cards.
~I got to participate in a scavenger hunt.

~Some one called in to compliment me and my new boss took the call.

~My little brother invited me to go shopping with him for his g-friend's b-day.

~Jimmy had a great response to our Ron Paul stand at the Bills game.
~My brother's trip to the emergency room wasn't as serious as it could have been.

~My session with Bob was fast paced and exciting.

~I got an hours walk in despite it being late out.
