I have decided that I am going to blog daily (vlog when i can) to keep myself accountable. I have set my november goals to workout EVERYDAY, no matter if that means an hour at the gym or 20 minutes working with resistance bands in the garage I WILL make a concious effort to be active above and beyond my current lifestyle.
I have also set a goal to not eat ANY fast food this month. Subway is OK! But I will keep my house stocked with healthy options and no matter how busy I am I will make an effort to cook dinner or wait until i get home to eat instead of going for the fast, easy and UNHEALTHY option.
I would love to lose 8 lbs this month BUT I am not going to just focus on numbers. If I focus on change then results will come!
Tonight my workout starts with TRX! Cheers, and here's to burning lots of calories!
