It starts off small... You begin with small changes - a few healthier choices - you start having more energy... Next you add some more physical activity and you feel stronger... Cut out some more unhealthy food and you're sleeping better... Then the numbers start going down... Your waist starts going down... Your face looks slender... People notice you look healthier, you have a glow! So you make bigger changes, feel even better, and have faster results! Before you know it, the goal that at one time seemed so far away is very close with in reach... You're doing it and it feels great!!
And it all started with a couple small changes.
