I got really serious about my weight lost again. I started to gain weight with all the parties & activities I was doing. My jeans were getting tight & I was not happy with myself.
Everyday I started to write something in my calendar journal.
I record how much I am exercising & my goals first part of the day.
I write these goals in my journal everyday.
Eat smaller portions
After Halloween I added
The hardest one was the no beer and snacking between meals. If I get hungry I’m eating something healthy.
