Wow! Definitely a major improvement compared to how September had gone!!! I'm proud of myself :D

I've been sick lately, so I haven't worked out this whole last week. The lowest weight I saw this month was actually 154, but I'm not going to count it because that was when I wasn't eating anything because of being sick... so yea. I'm getting better now, so hopefully I'll be able to go back into my full workouts soon. I did a walk/run with my boyfriend and dog today (his idea) and I was able to run just fine, I was just afraid of getting sicker, so I didn't push myself and just walked.
