VLOGged about needing to be nutrient-dense, instead of just dense-dense yesterday, after a crummy weekend. Today is Day #2 and the whole foods have done their thing; I am beating the cravings and actually they are almost gone. ONWARD!
Enjoyed this lots; love the half-full tone of Lacy's episode and it made me laugh. It's good to see the positive in what are irritants at the time.!! Great about the rings - they'll be a constant reminder of what you've achieved. Ignore the negativity from Mum. It's taken me the best part of 60 years to deal with the undermining from mine and now I don't know why it bothered me so much - her problem, not mine. :) Good to hear health and cravings improving. I find even a small amount of sugar (like the 1/2 piece of ginger crunch I had the other day) makes me want junk stuff for about 2 days. I've decided it's not worth the aftermath and am going to try to remember it the next time there's sugar on offer. That will be my book group a week on Thursday - even if I have to leave early I'm going to resist. Or I might tell a white lie about being unable to sleep after sugar or SOMETHING to put them off insisting I have a serving. 2904 days ago
