I really need to get back on track!

Sooo, as of June I had lost 100lbs. June marked the completion of a full year of change. I kept going and dropped a few more pounds, fitness and eating were going well. And then, I broke a toe, even that didn't slow me down. I kept up with running, and my routines but a few weeks later my foot was in so much pain I could barely walk.
That was mid August. Here I sit, my foot is repaired but I haven't made it back to the same level of fitness and I've gained 15lbs. I never ever felt this discouraged during my original journey. For some reason dropping 15lbs I had alreadey dropped as really depressed me. So, tomorrow, I am kicking it back up a notch.
