Family Workout Challenge

My daughter, grandson and I have a challenge going to workout 5 days a week for the next two months. This is week 2. Initially, it seemed challenging to get the workout in, but I'm quickly finding out that it is more so a matter of "planning" it and sticking to it as opposed to "fitting" it in and getting it done on a wing and a prayer.
I'm really liking this challenge. It's a great place for me to be during the holiday's because as old as I am, I will still let the celebration of one day turn into an eating frenzy for a few days. I have sabotaged so many of my weight loss goals between Halloween and the New Year celebrations that it isn't funny, and we that know gaining weight back never is. Fortunately, Halloween went fine yesterday. No candy overloads at all. Thanksgiving will be a dining out event. We don't have the Christmas and New Year's plans made yet, but will do so to our advantage.
Our fitness challenge goals are to not only get through the holiday's with our eating dignity intact, but also to get the routine of planning to workout as part of our daily important things to do.
