It has been a bad week, weight-wise. I have stayed within my calorie range and got my 8 glasses of water. I even was under the sodium limit for three days in a row - rare for me! But every AM when I step on the scale, I am about a pound heavier than the day before! I don't get it.
I wasn't able to do my cardio for a few days last week, as I dropped a crockpot on my foot and badly bruised my big toe. But, I have lost before without daily exercise - I can't believe that that would have made that much of a difference.
Anyway, I have come too far to quit now, so I am keeping on. Back on the treadmill yesterday and feeling OK. We'll see what the scale has to say tomorrow...
