I don't want to revisit October goals because I'm feeling pretty down on myself right now. I started out really good, but am not happy with how the month ended (with vacation and TOM). So...let's move on shall we?
November - I'm really hoping it's a good month. I finally have no vacations or weekends away (besides going home to Michigan for Thanksgiving). I want to make sure I keep my focus strong all month long so I can see some positive changes. I'd really like to hit my goal weight prior to 2012...so I'm going to vow to work hard the next 2 months.
Goals for Nov:
Workouts: ST 3x per week and running 3x per week (to include at lease 3 longish runs outside this month). Aiming for 25 days of workouts this month.
Food: Maintain around 1400-1500 calories per day. Keep up with the H2O intake.
Weight: Get into the 130s (and stay there!)
Life in general: Clean carpets, fix faucet, start on getting Xmas gifts now, so I'm not doing this at the last minute (like usual), cook some new recipes - aiming for 4 this month.
Things to look forward to this month: My hubby's bday is the 14th, so I'm looking forward to celebrating that and also spending some time with the family over Thanksgiving. Oh, and the Turkey Trot 5K on Thanksgiving too :)
