Follow Blogilates' 90 day Challenge eating schedule for the rest of the day.
Sore from yesterday's workouts and had to take ibuprofen with breakfast. Even with a good breakfast waiting to be had, I nuked the leftover pizza instead. I have to stop letting this stuff in the house! I am armed with good food to cook for the rest of the day and a plan to be able to use it.
