Eat more?!

Had three balanced, nutrient dense, low calorie meals today plus a snack. Logged it in on nutrition tracker and hadn't met any of my goals so I had to eat more! emoticon

    What a great feeling.
    Sometimes I find it hard to pick what I want to eat, but I find home made hot chocolate works best for me. If I skip the few extra calories I tend to eat extra the next day.
