That might be great on the ocean but not on the scale. I have been eating less and better and exercising more and this is how I am repaid? I just hold on to the hope that it can't last forever. Sooner or later it will have to start dropping again

    I vote on eating more of fruits, veggies and greens - lots more. Up your calories, have them come from the aforementioned items and I think it will help.

    Sometimes the plateaus happen.

    I know I'm not working it like I should - still so much stress and I don't seem to allow myself the time to sit and plan how I want to proceed. So it's walk here and there and these little spurts of exercise, and other days I'm eating well, and other days I just totally zone out and eat everything.
