Doubled my Warm-Up time for Twice the Results

So I knew by last week that I wasn't warming up enough before I started running. Why? Well, because when I'm ready to run... I'm ready to run!
It took a couple of weeks of talking to myself, but I doubled my warm up time/distance this morning.
What do ya know? I was running twice as far before I had to slow down and catch my breath. Plus, I was able to maintain my elusive "12 minute mile" easily. That's big for me.
My goal is to run the half marathon closer to 2.5 hours than 3! For that, I need a 12 or 11 minute/mile.
