I had skinny, then I got healthy, now I want both.

God Damn I was thin. And I ate almost nothing, which I now see was really making my MS symptoms bad.
Then I got a new diet, designed just for MS care. I feel like a real person again. However, a real fat person.
Now I need to maintain the good MS diet, but figure out how to take in less of it, but still feel good.
OH, and I really do need to get more exercise, but I find going to the gym just so boring!

Can you try a different gym? Or challenge yourself to go for a month and see if things change? It's so hard to get consistent with new habits, and I know my irregular exercise habits are holding me back.

    Good luck. emoticon
