didn't do so well, but at least I KNOW HOW I did.
Went over my cal limit (by 300 cals), but not in fats or carbs, and I didn't exercise, but it is at least recorded.
I also have to change my ticker to reflect the pounds I gained...ugh!
Today (Tuesday, March 6) just started for me, and I WILL do better today!
I know the Lord will see me through all of this - HE always does.
I just keep praying for the strength to endure.
