Well, I tracked....

didn't do so well, but at least I KNOW HOW I did.
Went over my cal limit (by 300 cals), but not in fats or carbs, and I didn't exercise, but it is at least recorded.
I also have to change my ticker to reflect the pounds I gained...ugh!
Today (Tuesday, March 6) just started for me, and I WILL do better today!
I know the Lord will see me through all of this - HE always does.
I just keep praying for the strength to endure.

    Don't give up tracking your calories. This will help you in the long run to get on track. Remember, take baby steps and you will get when you want to be in the end. Also, don't feel bad about gaining we all have times like that, I just went through a gain phase and am hoping that it doesn't start back up now that I have started to lose again. Linda
