A quick update on moi

I got back from a week in Dubai with my lovely boyfriend and it was A-MAAAAAZINGGGG! We had so much fun, did so much, spent some lovely time together, and it was just so special! I'm now considering moving out there for like a year! Eeeeek. To be honest, I might just be saying that because I'm on such a hype about it. A lot of people say it's just London with a bit more sand haha Which is kinda true. But I love London. So if we take London, add some year round heat, beaches, malls and waterparks, I'm in! So we'll see. I'm not in a rush to make any decisions obviously, but I did have a fantabulous time. I'll add some pics to my gallery cos I don't seem to be able to get them up in this blog.

Well, I have to be honest, I completely and totally let myself go in Dubai, and for a week when I got back!!! Grrrrrrr. I am a bit annoyed with myself, but I'm over it. Just gotta get bac k on track cos I'm going on holiday again in 8 weeks! Whoooooop! 2 holidays in a year...who do I think I am!?!

So anyway, as a general update, I've reset my weight cos I'm back up to some ridiculous high. I looked back and I managed to get down to 185lbs in January, so to be back up into the 190's is just not good AT ALL. I'm not having it. So I've started a new plan called Curves diet. Just randomly came across a book on it at the library and it makes total sense to me. It's basically just about getting most of your calories from protein and not carbs. Which I knew before to be honest, but this book just brought it home to me. So I'm trying it out. Especially since I know my worst foods happen to be carbs so it's a good way to keep away from them i.e. chocolate, crisps (chips) and fast food. It's a no-no from now. Been on it a week and lost 3lbs, and that was without even working out as much as I usually do. So I'm gonna go full out on it this week and hopefully see even better results next Sunday.

Anyway, I've got a million and one things to do so I better get doing them before dinner. I'm umming and ahhing on whether to write a blog for November goals. I kinda just wanna go with the flow and do my thing, so I might just not. IT'S MY BIRTHDAY IN NOVEMBER!!! In 2 weeks and 1 day to be exact. I'm very excited. Instead of the normal dinner and drinks thing, I've organised a day of fun and games at an adventure park called Go Ape! I've never been before but it looks amazing. Think zip wires, cargo nets, climbing, crawling. Mixing exercise with fun...can't wait!
