I'm a day late with my weigh in because I sort of forgot that it was yesterday. I was of work the last two days and it has really thrown my schedule off.
Week in review: Despite the fact that I did lose 2 pounds this week, it wasn't a good week. I didn't exercise at all and I hardly tracked anything that I ate. I think my saving grace was that my eating habits are changing, but they can get out of hand if not left in check.
Goals: I did not meet any of my goals last week. They will remain my goals until I can meet them.
* To stick to my calorie range
* To complete week 3 of my 5k Your Way walking program
* To get out of bed without hitting the snooze button
