This is only the second year of pumpkin craving for us. We don't celebrate Halloween, but wanted to have some fun that we knew the children would enjoy.

First, we had lunch at Joe's CrabShack. OMW! Rebekah and I went online before we went to help pick out what would be a healthy choice. There really isn't anything there. So we picked the "lightest" meal we could. I got a house salad with dressing on the side (and I never use it all) and a bowl of clam chowder. The chowder was amazing and very satisfying. Good thing, too, or I might have had to nibble on the children's food. I definitely didn't want to do that.

Then, we went to pick out pumpkins. I have a few children that spot one and that's it, others take measurements and eye each one up. Goodness, you'd think it was surgery. :) After they selected them, we brought them home and started....

here's the final projects:

Christopher's (with his football team's symbol and #)

Paul's (dinosaurs and pumpkins, who knew?)

Bruce's (Boo-Bear)

So that was our fun today! Sorry, not all of the pictures are very clear. Wish I was better that, but you get the "picture". LOL!!! Love you, guys!

Get ready for the weekend and take it!!!!
