14 weeks on spark

So when i think about it, 3 1/2 months doesnt seem like a long time, but staying on spark this long and making such a commitment to myself is.I was looking at my spark page the other day and I was looking at my goals, my original goal for myself was to get to around 135 pounds and maintain it.Well, as of this morning i have reached my goal of getting to 135 pounds, as of maintaining it,well, i am not going to I am going to continue on with the weight loss,i then set a new goal, to get to 132 before new years of 2012, that goal is only 3 pounds away, so i am hoping that i will get there within three weeks.132 is considered "healthy weight" for my by the bmi charts.I am still watching and controlling my portions, i dont have real bad cravings but sometimes i do give into them, like just last night i ate some cheetos, i know that i can still have them in my diet, just cant overindulge.my favorite go to snack is apples,i put them in the fridge and they are right there, i pick them up sometimes when dinner doesnt do a good job of filling me up, and usually after an apple i am good for a few hours.I am scared of the big candy holiday coming up, not sure how it is going to go, but going to try to curve temptations with fruit and just staying away for my kids treats.I also have been increasing my cardio time up to 2 hours per day, i am doing 1 1/2 hours in the morning and going for a 30 minute jog in the night to boost my metabolism, it seems to be happy becasue i have been doing it for the month of october and have lost 2 pounds a week!!!Here is to another week!!!!!
