Alright. I started with a bang and then promptly fell off the wagon.

I can only fail if I give up
I can only fail if I give up
I can only fail if I GIVE UP!

Danger signs for falling off the wagon so far:
1) sleeping less than 6 hours a night
2) feeling sick
3) feeling sorry for myself ("why can't I be naturally skinny?" and so on)
4) vacation
5) being too busy

Tomorrow I'll start making a plan for handling the Danger Signs. Then comes the follow-through!

As long as you pick yourself up once you fall off, you can continue. It is not about how often we cheat or derail but about our choices following. We make choices and I am realizing more and more that I have the choice and I am going to opt almost every time for the healthy one! Good luck with your journey and keep the faith, nothing is impossible.

You can do this! I know it's hard but get rid of all the excuses. It's a choice - are you going to be fat or are you going to change? Every day it's a choice to eat right and to exercise.

I used to eat out of control and hide my food from others. I was embarrassed and ashamed of myself. I know you can do this but you have to make it a priority daily. I promise you if you will commit to this your life will change for the better and your family will be so proud of you. AND the best part is you will feel GOOD and be motivated to stay the course.

Best of luck to you. It's time to implement what you already know! emoticon
