back on track

I have not been working out or even trying to lose weight for almost 2 months now. I havent had the motivation and it has just been hard to even get out of bed. I think this comes from getting a divorce and just trying to adjust to life all over again.
But today I woke up and decided "HEY, I CAN DO THIS"
so im now going to start going back to the gym and getting back on the wagon. I CAN DO THIS.
the good thing is that I have not gained any weight back and I have lost a half inch on my arms since i have quit. So at least I havent went back to my old ways of eating. You dont even realize that you have completely changed your diet when you still maintain everything.
Well its another start to a another great accomplishment
