It's Thursday and raining in Chicago.

It's a sad, gloomy day. Whenever it's overcast and rainy all I want to do is sleep. I have got to start moving. I woke up with a backache yesterday and today the pain is not as bad as yesterday. It is still hard to bend or move from side to side. I can feel tension, even when I'm relaxed. I have a dvd collection of different kinds of workouts. I have all 4 of Coach Nicole's! I have lots of time to workout since I don't get a lot of hours at work because I do not get a lot of credit apps. I just cannot force credit on people. I believe if they say "no" I should respect their decision. It's almost Christmas rush so I will be getting more hours soon. I don't work again until next Thursday (11/03/2011). When my back is feeling better I think I will start working out with a SparkPeople dvd. Any suggestions which one I should start with? Keep on Sparking!

    I have 2 of the dvd's - "fired up" and "cardio blast". I have been using the "fired up" one this week and its pretty good. I haven't tried the "cardio blast" one yet because I used my stationary bike at home. Today I'm at my daughter's, so I'm going to check it out for the first time.

    Sounds like you have a good plan. I don't think it matters which one you pick. The important bit is to get moving! You can do it!
